Frequently Asked Questions

How much do you charge?

PCConsultancy offers four levels of support for businesses, depending on your IT requirements. These levels are known as Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.

Bronze is a "bespoke" service. i.e. you pay a very competitive hourly rate when, and only when, you need to call on our services.

In regards to solutions and/or long support calls which may go into many hours, a "Package Deal" or quote may be arranged instead, at my discretion, to keep your costs minimal.

Silver, Gold and Platinum are retainer based Support packages, and offer discounted hourly rates, free remote services and many other benefits.

For detailed information on the levels of service, please call us now on 0118 907 6338.

What geographical areas does PCC cover?

As a general guideline we will go (from Reading Central) East as far as Bracknell, South as far as Kingsdere, West to Newbury and North to Watlington.

As ffrom October 2007 we pleased to announce that we now also cover Basingstoke and its surrounding areas.

However, please call or email if you have any queries regarding whether your location is covered.

If we cannot visit you because you are too far away from Reading, we will doubtless be able to help you via our new Remote Internet Service.

Do I have to sign a yearly contract?

No. PCConsultancy services are available to you WHEN and ONLY WHEN you need or want them. Work will then be carried out at an hourly rate.

Alternativly, for clients who wish it, there are the Silver, Gold and Platinum packages which, depending on your requirements, you may find more beneficial. Please call for more details.
