PCConsultancy (PCC) was launched to meet the needs of the Small Business that has no need for full-time IT support, but would like quality IT support as and when they need it.

My name is Keith Grant and I am the proprietor of PCConsultancy. I come from a background in Enterprise level IT Support - and have been using & fixing computers since 1982.

My last position, before forming my own company, was as a Senior Technical Support Engineer with VERITAS Software - on UNIX, Linux and Windows platforms.

Prior to VERITAS, I was with Foster Wheeler as a UNIX, Linux & Windows System Administrator.

It became clear to me that large companies enjoy professional support and advice for all their computer needs but small businesses are often left with no-one to turn to for quality advice and support without signing up for expensive contracts with big IT Support companies. Hence PCConsultancy was born! Personal touch support with Enterprise level knowledge for the Small Business.
