That estimate is due in two days time - and your main Server has just gone down... Be it hardware or software we can help you. Be it getting the server back up again or recovering data from a irreparable computers hard drive.

Obviously this service will either be much quicker or not needed at all if you have already asked for PCConsultancy's Backup Solution (see our Solutions page)but if you haven't had a chance to contact me before disaster has already struck - than call me now for instant assistance. After you are back up and running we can discuss foundations to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Remote Assistance

If you have an urgent issue PCConsultancy has the ability (with your consent) to securely connect to any of your Office machines via the internet. You can see what our consultant is doing and you can demonstrate the issue as control of the session can be swapped at any time!
