Operating System
Have you heard of Linux and wondered what it's all about? If you have a large enough hard drive we can install a copy of Linux for you so that you can experiment with the operating system that everyone is talking about WITHOUT losing your existing Windows installation.
This is known as a "dual-boot" system and you can choose which Operating System (Windows or Linux for example) you wish to start each time your turn on your PC. Your old Windows and existing data etc. are not changed in any way.
Data Protection
The one thing that everyone tends to neglect when using a computer is backing up their data.
With hard discs becoming ever larger the temptation to store all your data on it is very strong. But imagine what you would do if your hard disc died overnight? Or your data got corrupted? How would you be affected?
