If you are having problems with any element of your computing we can doubtless help. Be it problems with installing new hardware, viruses, applications not working, slow machines et cetera.

Whatever your computer issue - please feel free to contact me anytime to discuss your problem(s) and we can work out a convenient time for me to call and resolve it.

All work is carried out at a hourly rate.

Please note however that, at the consultant's discretion, dependant on the situation, a strict hourly rate policy may not apply - and we may lower the total cost in your favour.

We support Windows XP, Vista and Windows Server 2003/2007. We also support Mac OS X.

If you are running an older version of Windows we can advise on upgrading you and migrating your data to a newer platform (as Microsoft no longer support the older versions of Windows)

Hit a problem and need a rapid fix? Or perhaps you live too far afield for my on-site support? If you still have a working internet connection in place for the computer in question then my Remote Assistance support may be useful to you!

We can connect to your machine via the internet and control (with your permission) your machine as if we were actually sitting right in front of it.
